I am Lise Nielsen from Denmark. Life had been in a dull cycle until I saw the hiking activity at Qinghai Lake organized by Hiking Panda. The enchanting photos and challenging itinerary sparked my longing. I joined the team and was excited yet nervous.
 
At first, hiking was tough due to high altitude and changeable weather. But as we neared Qinghai Lake, its beauty unfolded. It's like a sapphire mirror, with colorful wildflowers on the grassland and distant mountains adding grandeur.
 
Our guide David Wang told us about the ancient legend of Qinghai Lake being the Jade Pool of the Queen Mother of the West. This made the lake even more mysterious and filled me with awe.
 
During the hike, I met interesting companions like Anna from Brazil and Ivan from Russia. Our guides David and Kevin were excellent. Once, we encountered a rainstorm and they led us to safety.
 
On this land, I felt nature's power. I realized life's difficulties are temporary. This hike was a precious experience. It let me appreciate nature's beauty and meet friends. I'll cherish it and be brave in facing life's challenges. No matter what, I know nature is with me.
